A new company with a history of excellence
The people behind MNM are Marc and Danny Teague, a father-and-son team from one of the most trusted family-run building firms in Scotland. MNM brings forward the commitment to quality and attention to detail that has made the Teague name famous.
The team of builders, tradesmen and craftsmen employed by MNM have many years experience between them and have been handpicked by Marc and Danny for their expertise and dedication to the company’s values.
MNM’s capability is underlined by the fact that all our new homes come with the NHBC’s 10-year Buildmark warranty and insurance cover. This offers the highest level of protection for new homeowners.
Building for the future
MNM believes that business has a responsibility to the wider community and the planet. We are therefore committed to the highest levels of environmental excellence.
That’s why we choose sustainable raw materials, such as FSC-certified wood, and design our homes to be energy efficient and easy to heat and light. Not only does this keep the environmental footprint of our company low, but it also ensures that our properties are built to exacting standards and are cost-effective to run.
